Questions
How do I cancel?
Press Cancel Plexa+ on this page. Renewals stop straight away and you keep Plexa+ until the end of the time you have paid for.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Cancel, and when your current time runs out, subscribe again on the other plan.
Can I get a refund?
Plexa+ starts as soon as you pay, so the time already started is not refunded, except where the law says it must be. If a payment went wrong, contact us from the Help page.
Does Plexa+ give me anything in PlexaRP?
Yes. While Plexa+ is on, you get PlexaRP+ free as a bonus in every PlexaRP world your Plexa ID is linked to. It shows up within a few minutes and runs to the same date as your Plexa+.
