Help with Plexa ID
Plexa ID is the one account for every Plexa game. Here is what changed and how to look after it.
What is Plexa ID?
One account for PlexaRP, PlexaRP Balkan, PlexaRP Voice, Zombiez, the Plexa launcher, Plexa Chat and the forum. You sign in once, with one password and one authenticator.
Did anything in the game change?
No. Your characters, money, property and Plexa Points stay in each world, exactly as they were. Plexa ID only changes how you sign in.
Which password do I use?
The password you already had still works. Set a Plexa ID password under Security to have one password for every world.
I played two worlds with the same email
Those accounts were joined into one Plexa ID, so one sign-in covers both. If one of them is not yours, use the link in the email we sent, or contact support.
How do I start on another world?
Open Worlds and choose a name for that world, or just sign in to it with your Plexa ID. Your world account is made on the spot.
How do I keep my account safe?
Turn on an authenticator app and save your recovery codes. Add a passkey to sign in without a password. Never share sign-in codes: staff will never ask for them.
I lost my phone with the authenticator
Sign in and choose "Use a recovery code instead". Then turn the authenticator off and on again with your new phone. No codes left? Contact support from your account email.
How do I change my email or delete my account?
Change your email under Profile. Delete everything under Your data: your Plexa ID is removed and every world deletes your data under its own rules.
Where did the control panel settings go?
Password, authenticator, passkeys, email and account deletion moved here. The control panel of each world still has your characters, bank, property and everything in game.
